TrueCare Automotive, a female owned auto repair shop, was founded in July 2017 by Reneta Jenik. Located in Cameron Park, we serve the HWY 50 corridor from Folsom to Placerville and the surrounding areas. Dave's 20 years of automotive experience both in technical and business management has given him a unique outlook on the industry. Dave founded his first auto shop in 2008, Dave’s Auto Repair in Palo Alto, CA, a company which has been voted the best in town in 2016 & 2017. Reneta’s 20 years of experience, business and marketing in the semiconductor industry, compliments that of her husband Dave’s. She understands the value in enhancing the customers’ satisfaction. She recognizes the need for a trusted auto repair partner who will make the car care experience smooth and easy. Dave’s observation is, that in general, automotive service is both a necessity and a significant inconvenience for most people. Vehicle owners are faced with important and costly decisions every time they visit an automotive service facility, and all too often the service recommendations aren’t clearly explained and/or may not align with their best interests. At TrueCare Automotive, our goal is to guide you through vehicle ownership. From the day you purchase a vehicle to the day you sell or trade it in, we are your advocate. We take pride in our ability to empathize with our clients, provide caring service that will be noticeably different from your previous experiences. We serve our customers the same way we would serve our family or close friends. We want to be certain that our services align with your best interest, whether you want to keep your car for 10 years or 10 days, we will be on your side. We cannot reach our goal without quality and trust, and we want you to know that we stand behind our work 100%! That’s why we provide a 2year 24,000 mile warranty on everything we do. We only source the best quality parts available, and our technicians are ASE certified professionals, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. You will not find a lube tech, fresh out of school, performing services on your vehicle (like they do at the dealership). Our technicians undergo regular training to stay on top of changing technology, and because they are seasoned, they have learned the do’s and don’ts that can only come from experience.
