The dustless sandblasting method we use at VSR is a "wet" blasting method that is more environmentally friendly and safer on metal items that can fall victim to warping due to the high friction heat common in "dry" blasting processes. What is “wet” blasting? Wet blasting uses air as a delivery agent with aggregate as an abrasive source, water is then added to prevent dust and cool the surface up to 15% cooler than ambient air temperature!
